Develop and maintain comprehensive remuneration models, integrating market data and delivering high-quality analysis to senior stakeholders.
About the Opportunity
Conduct annual reviews of remuneration for 100+ overseas missions, applying actuarial data and market intelligence to determine salary adjustments.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance the Excel-based remuneration model, incorporating PowerQuery.
- Apply expertise in remuneration strategy, QA, and risk management to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with international teams to incorporate local context and ensure accurate data reporting.
- Manage global remuneration surveys and integrate market remuneration data from external providers.
- Represent the organization in engagements with external partners.
