The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales professional to join our team as a Regional Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our Alice Springs Manufacturing and Sales business unit, with a focus on growing sales and market share.

As a Regional Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams. You will also be responsible for coaching and managing a sales and manufacturing team, and promoting Stratco's extensive range of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Alice Springs Manufacturing and Sales business unit, with a focus on growing sales and market share
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Coach and manage a sales and manufacturing team
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Promote Stratco's extensive range of products
Requirements
  • Highly skilled and experienced Sales professional with a background in the building products/construction/engineering or related fields
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to coach and develop a sales and manufacturing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
