**What you’ll do**
In this exciting role, no two days will be the same You’ll have the opportunity to lead a team of technicians and contractors alike and ultimately be focused on providing excellent service to our stores and our customers.

The Facilities Manager delivers operational facilities management services for Woolworths Supermarkets and Partnership Brands across SA & NT, both Metro and Regional. You will be involved in day-to-day operations, managing the team, and some strategic planning.
- Lead and manage an internal and external team that perform day-to-day facilities management activities
- Work with the State FM Manager to ensure optimal coverage of service technicians within a given geographical area, and to highlight and assist in resolving issues quickly
- Oversee the delivery of hard and soft FM services including - mechanical, electrical, building maintenance, building infrastructure, asset management, fire prevention, and other engineered services and sustainability initiatives
- Manage and coordinate a portfolio of service contractors
- Interpret and translate data into initiatives that drive continuous improvement Monitor and managing targets and costs controls across all sites

**What you’ll bring**
We’re looking for a strong people leader who has an interest in progressing their career into a leadership role within our WFM team.
- Previous experience in a similar Facilities Management role, managing hard and soft services
- Previous experience managing across multiple sites and trade disciplines across georgraphically dispersed teams
- Proven coaching and people leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop others.
- Previous stakeholder management experience and ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence a diverse range of stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience leading, supporting, and implementing change initiatives An ability to navigate complex work environments and teams to deliver outcomes
