Job Overview

The Operations Shift Manager is a critical role in leading a team of associates within a Delivery Station. This position plays a pivotal part in motivating, mentoring, and coaching a team to maintain high levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and developing a team of associates to ensure customer expectations are met.

  • Collaborating with support teams to develop plans that meet business objectives.
  • Identifying and leading process improvement initiatives using Lean tools.
