What you'll be doing

  • Collecting and loading parcels and packages from our warehouse
  • Planning and executing efficient delivery routes to maximise productivity
  • Delivering packages to customers in a courteous and professional manner
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any delivery-related issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and collections
  • Ensuring the safe operation and routine maintenance of the delivery vehicle
  • Warehouse jobs and picking orders if necessary

What we're looking for

  • A valid driver's licence with a clean driving record
  • Previous experience as a delivery driver, preferably in a courier or logistics role
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • Good organisational and time management skills for efficient delivery routes
  • A commitment to safety and the ability to safely operate a delivery vehicle
  • A friendly, professional and reliable personality
  • Forklift license is beneficial
  • Is comfortable to do our city run

Qualifications & experience

  • Hold a current driver's licence with excellent driving record
  • National Police Check
  • Forklift Licence (would be preferred)
