The Client

The Role

As the face of the office, you will be responsible for greeting clients, answering phone calls, taking messages, and assisting the property management team with various tasks.

  • You will also be involved in general reception/administration duties, such as filing, scanning, mail, and managing keys.
  • Additionally, you will assist the property management team with administration tasks and conduct home opens, inspections, and out-of-office appointments as needed.
