About This Role:- We are seeking an experienced leader who can drive results through effective team management, clear communication and collaborative working practices.
The successful candidate will possess a current Working with Vulnerable People Check with NDIS endorsement, National Police Check (or happy to obtain) and a commitment to diversity, inclusion and ethical practice.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and mentor a team of support staff
- Promote best practice through coaching and mentoring
- Foster teamwork and collaboration across your team
- Lead service delivery aligned with organisational values and goals
- Build team capability to meet strategic objectives
