Job Description:

  • Oversee the administration, maintenance, and optimization of retail treasury systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Act as a liaison between finance, IT, and external vendors to implement system upgrades and new functionalities, driving business efficiency and growth.
  • Manage system access, security, and data integrity to guarantee compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the finance leadership team to identify opportunities for automation and system improvements, fostering innovation and excellence.
  • Monitor system performance, recommend enhancements, and assist with planning future system upgrades to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close processes through system-driven efficiencies, ensuring timely and accurate financial information.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is essential.
  • Experience in implementing systems and automating processes, coupled with a natural affinity for technology, is highly valued.
  • A minimum of 5-6 years' experience in accounting/finance roles within the consumer goods industry is required.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with IT, finance, and business teams is crucial.
