About the Role

  • You will work closely with a portfolio of enterprise customers to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to enhance their operations.
  • Lead the change management process with our customers as they trial and adopt Focal's innovative solutions.
  • Analyze processes and collaborate across departments to streamline efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion within our customers and lead a team of Customer Success Managers/Retail Consultants in Australia.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and secure support for our solutions.
  • Collaborate across retail functional silos to maximize the value of Focal-generated data.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to inform our product roadmap and prioritization.
  • Proactively address barriers to success and develop plans to exceed expectations.

About You

  • 8+ years of professional experience in retail consulting or change management, preferably within the grocery industry.
  • Able to forge relationships with senior executives, including VPs and C-level professionals.
  • Familiarity with key success factors, trends, and strategies in the grocery industry.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Skilled in streamlining and implementing new structures and roles that drive speed, efficiency, and adaptability.
  • Strong understanding of account management and customer success OKRs, KPIs & ROI.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and demonstration skills.

About the Opportunity

Focal Systems offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, education grants, and equity participation in a rapidly growing startup poised for an IPO.
