Business Systems Specialist Position

Our organization is seeking an experienced Business Systems Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing system analysis and review of current systems, undertaking risk analysis and testing of new technology or upgrades, and assisting with the improvement of data integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough system analysis and provide recommendations for improvements
  • Undertake risk assessments and testing of new technology or upgrades to ensure seamless integration
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in data integration
  • Provide high-level customer service to internal customers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in business and systems analysis and strong problem-solving skills
  • Well-developed systems experience, predominantly in tools for corporate systems support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to relate to people with various levels of understanding
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in the support and configuration of the TechnologyOne suite of products
