System Operations Role

The Business Systems Officer will play a pivotal role in ensuring corporate systems meet business requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing system analysis, reviewing current systems, undertaking risk analysis and testing of new technology or upgrades, assisting with data integration improvement, conducting business analysis as required by business needs, and providing high-level customer service to internal stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Performing system analysis and reviewing current systems for operational efficiency.
  • Undertaking risk analysis and testing of new technology or upgrades to ensure seamless integration.
  • Assisting with the improvement of data integration to enhance business insights.
  • Conducting business analysis to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Providing high-level customer service to internal stakeholders through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in business and systems analysis, combined with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Predominantly experienced in tools for corporate systems support, with well-developed technical knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with various stakeholders.

  • Proficient in supporting and configuring the TechnologyOne suite of products.
