Job Title: Office and Accounts Coordinator

The APAC team is seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to provide administrative support and manage accounts payable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the switchboard, take clear messages, and greet visitors.
  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, printing, scanning, binding, filing, and archiving.
  • Oversee office stationery stock levels and restock staff amenities.
  • Issue visa letters for competitors and officials.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy office environment.
  • Arrange catering for meetings as required.
  • Provide support and assistance to team members.
  • Maintain petty cash records and float.
Accounts Payable Responsibilities:
  • Manage the accounts payable inbox.
  • Follow all accounts payable policies and procedures.
  • Enter supplier invoices and payments into the system.
  • Monitor compliance with GST regulations from an accounts payable perspective.
  • Reconcile creditor statements.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III or Certificate IV in Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in office administration.
  • Proven experience in accounts payable processes.
  • Experience in customer service roles.
  • Proficiency in ERP software such as Netsuite.
