Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance Coordinator to manage the entire end-to-end accounts payable process.

As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for processing invoices in a timely and accurate manner.

The ideal candidate will possess strong transactional accounting skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

About the Role:

  • Process invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and reconciliations with suppliers
  • Respond to internal and external customer inquiries regarding payment terms and financial matters
  • Generate daily EFT runs and bi-weekly payment schedules
  • Utilize sound knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
