Job Description:

We seek a skilled Domestic Wastewater Service Technician to join our team.

About the Role

As a Domestic Wastewater Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing wastewater treatment systems on our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain quarterly services of wastewater treatment systems.
  • Perform various tasks including customer service, report submission, and on-call breakdown.
  • Enter new customer details and notes in CRM programs and adhere to necessary OHS protocols.
  • Liaise with customers regarding their servicing needs and improve our systems and processes.
  • Contribute towards achieving best practices in administrative support, document management, and project support.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in servicing wastewater treatment plants or customer service.
  • Open manual driver's license.
  • Construction white card.
  • Ability to maintain technical knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Work Arrangements:

Monday to Friday, ideally starting between 7:30-8:30 am and finishing after 4:30 pm. Early finish at 2:30pm on Fridays if not busy. Immediate start date. Full-time, permanent position with salary $41,000 - $70,000 per year. Successful applicant will have their own well-maintained work vehicle with all necessary tools provided.
