Lead the Way in Exceptional Dining Experiences

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Culinary and Beverage Director to join our team at Lancemore Hotel Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering memorable dining experiences that showcase the best of our region's seasonal ingredients and curated wine list.

About the Role:

In this dynamic role, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, bar, room service, and minibar, ensuring seamless service delivery across all guest touchpoints. You will work closely with our Food and Beverage Manager to finalize rosters, maintain optimal staffing levels, and develop the wine list. Your passion for food, wine, and exceptional service will shine through as you lead by example, build strong relationships with your team and guests, and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, room service, and minibar.
  • Act as a key leader in delivering exceptional service for events held at the restaurant and property.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to finalize rosters and maintain optimal staffing levels.
  • Maintain and develop the wine list, sharing your passion and knowledge with guests.
  • SUPPORT the development of the restaurant team, providing training and guidance to ensure consistency in service standards and team engagement.
  • Be an active presence on the floor, the face of Lancemore's dining experience, ensuring guest interactions are both engaging and seamless.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will be a natural leader with experience in restaurant operations, ideally within the luxury segment. You will have a genuine passion for food and wine, with the ability to showcase local flavors and wines to our guests. Strong interpersonal skills, RSA certification, and sound knowledge of local liquor licensing regulations are essential. A commitment to delivering impeccable guest service and ensuring exceptional dining experiences is paramount.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
