Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will play a vital role in crafting seamless service experiences and nurturing the growth of our restaurant team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day restaurant bar room service and minibar operations to ensure smooth service delivery across all guest touchpoints.
  • Act as a key leader in delivering exceptional service for events held at the restaurant and property, maximizing guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to finalize rosters, ensuring optimal staffing levels for Breakfast Lunch and Dinner service, as well as any property-based events.
  • Maintain and develop the wine list, sharing your passion and knowledge with guests while managing its cost-effectiveness.
  • Support the development of the restaurant team, providing training and guidance to ensure consistency in service standards and team engagement.
  • Be an active presence on the floor, ensuring guest interactions are both engaging and seamless.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should be a natural leader with experience in restaurant operations, ideally within the luxury segment. You should also have a genuine passion for food and wine, strong interpersonal skills, RSA certification, and knowledge of local liquor licensing regulations.
