About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a passion for quality food and wine to manage our renowned restaurant, The Dining Room. As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the team, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a dedicated team to deliver outstanding F&B experiences
  • Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and staff supervision
  • Develop and implement revenue-generating strategies to maximize profitability
  • Cultivate relationships with suppliers, chefs, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere, address customer concerns, and maintain high-quality service standards
  • Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to achieve business objectives and drive growth

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in a similar management position within a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • A strong passion for quality food and wine, with knowledge of seasonal ingredients and beverage options
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage teams
  • A flexible and reliable approach, with availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • A strong understanding of financials and budget management to drive results and growth
