Deputy Head of Secondary Leadership Position

This senior educational role is a key appointment for Belmont Christian College, seeking a visionary and experienced leader to guide the secondary school division.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Head of Secondary to oversee the strategic management of Years 7-12.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and active church attendance are essential.

  • Current registration with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) as a secondary teacher, preferably with qualifications in wellbeing, and a valid Working with Children Check.

  • Ability to develop and implement student wellbeing programs.
  • Strong skills in managing student behaviour, addressing sensitive issues discreetly.
