What We Offer

$80,000 - $100,000 + Super salary package, providing a competitive compensation for the role of Contract Administrator – Landscape Construction.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to manage and oversee the contracts process within our commercial landscaping division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering contract documents, supporting project teams, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and compliance.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Review, prepare, and administer contract documents for various landscaping construction projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain organised records of contract agreements, change orders, and other pertinent project documents.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure clarity on contract details, deliverables, and schedules.
  • Identify potential contract risks and work with project managers to mitigate them effectively.
  • Monitor project budgets, track progress payments, and assist with invoicing and financial reporting.
  • E nsure that all project activities comply with regulatory standards, company policies, and contractual obligations.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience as a Contract Administrator / Project Engineer / Junior PM in a construction company in Australia.
  • Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture (desired), or Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction / Civil (considered).
  • Must possess a valid driving license.
