We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team in Sydney, Australia. Our company is a leading manufacturer of heating appliances with a strong reputation in the industry.

The role involves actively participating in our sales program focused on Gas Log Fires and Wood Heaters. The successful candidate will engage with customers, contribute to business development, and provide exceptional customer-focused problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Attending to the Front Desk: You will be responsible for attending to the front desk and assisting customers with orders and pricing inquiries.

Preparing Quotations: You will prepare quotations as required to meet customer needs.

Hunting for New Customers: You will hunt for new customers and new business opportunities to drive sales growth.

Providing Exceptional Customer Service: You will provide exceptional customer-focused problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
