About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Engagement Specialist to drive membership growth through proactive outreach and exceptional customer service. This key member of our sales team will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and providing personalized interactions to create memorable member journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively contribute to sales growth through targeted outreach, referrals, and promotions.
  2. Generate high-quality sales leads through community engagement and relationship-building.
  3. Maintain regular contact with members to understand their needs and preferences.
  4. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
  5. Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries and provide solutions that meet member needs.
  6. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective member retention programs.

Requirements:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide creative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Drive and goal-focus with a continuous pursuit of excellence.
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively towards common goals.
