We are seeking a detail-oriented content assistant to drive high-quality output and editorial excellence.

Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure commissioned learning scripts meet required standards through meticulous editing and proofing.
  • Maintain and update author guides and checklists to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Liaise with authors and content experts to guarantee content precision and reliability.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
Requirements

Experience:

  • 2-7 years working in publishing, media, or eLearning industry.

Desired:

  • Editing and proofing experience in eLearning, training, and educational material.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and eLearning best practices.

Advantageous:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and CMS editor tools.

Qualifications (Desired):

  • Degree with specialisation in Creative Writing, Media and Communication, Journalism, English, or similar field.
Essential Skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and research skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines.
