Strategic Business Operations Lead

This role offers an opportunity to combine administrative support with leadership skills, driving process enhancements and managing key project initiatives. As a Strategic Business Operations Lead, you will oversee complex operations, including global coordination, stakeholder relationship management, and policy development.

The position involves:

  • Providing high-level administrative support with a strategic focus
  • Leading and mentoring administrative staff, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives
  • Cultivating a collaborative and supportive team culture by providing clear direction and demonstrating leadership
  • Acting as the subject matter expert (SME) for administrative processes, systems and tools, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in senior administrative roles involving executive business support, complex project or program coordination
  • Experience in leading teams and initiatives to achieve business objectives
  • Motivated self-starter with excellent time management skills
  • High attention to detail and organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Team orientated with the ability to work with a variety of people
  • Flexible with a lean-in approach

The successful candidate will be based at our Osborne Shipyard office in Adelaide and is open to the 9-day fortnight.
