Customer Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Manage outstanding accounts.
- Making and receiving high-volume outbound and inbound calls.
- Investigate and locate customers for contact establishment.
- Build relationships with customers through rapport and trust.
- Negotiate repayment solutions for positive outcomes.
- Problem-solving and objection handling.
- Ongoing training and coaching opportunities within the financial sector.
- Eligibility for career progression and promotions.
- Experience in call centres, hospitality, tourism, retail, sales or similar industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Persistence and resilience for challenging conversations.
- Negotiation ability is desirable.
- Results-driven mindset.
- Natural problem solver and solution provider.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Willingsness to learn and take feedback.
- Permanent full-time availability, Monday – Friday 8:30AM – 5:00PM.
