Production Manager – South Brisbane
The Opportunity:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations of our concrete plants. Your focus areas will include:
- Leading a high-performing team to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Driving a strong safety and environmental compliance culture
- Optimizing plant performance through process improvements and cost control
- Collaborating with the transport fleet to meet Holcim operational standards
- Liaising with the Customer Service team to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction
- Providing regular reports on production costs and efficiency targets, including variances and actions

About you:
- Relevant qualifications in engineering, business management, or related fields (preferred)
- Proven experience in construction-related fields, with a focus on management and leadership
- Strong understanding of HR and Industrial Relations principles
- Well-developed leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with SAP, Excel, Word, and Google Suite would be beneficial
