Production Manager – South Brisbane

The Opportunity:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations of our concrete plants. Your focus areas will include:

  • Leading a high-performing team to maximize productivity and efficiency
  • Driving a strong safety and environmental compliance culture
  • Optimizing plant performance through process improvements and cost control
  • Collaborating with the transport fleet to meet Holcim operational standards
  • Liaising with the Customer Service team to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Providing regular reports on production costs and efficiency targets, including variances and actions

About you:

We are seeking a candidate with:

  • Relevant qualifications in engineering, business management, or related disciplines (preferred)
  • Hands-on management experience in construction-related fields
  • A sound understanding of HR and Industrial Relations
  • Well-developed leadership and team-building skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with SAP, Excel, Word, and Google Suite would be beneficial
