We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Supervisor / Concrete Batcher to join our team at our Murarrie Plant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe production of concrete.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and promote a strong safety culture at all times
- Oversee the production of concrete using multiple systems and processes
- Allocate and assign loads to drivers
- Manage stock levels and coordinate deliveries
- Supervise contractors carrying out site maintenance
- Perform yard maintenance and operate front-end loaders
- Operate forklifts and handle manual handling of bagged products
About you:
- You will be a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
- You will be passionate about safety and have a strong work ethic
- You will be results-focused and able to physically perform all duties associated with the position
- You will have a driver's license and own transport, with front-end loader or forklift competency an advantage
- You will be willing to complete a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screening
