We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Supervisor / Concrete Batcher to join our team at our Murarrie Plant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe production of concrete.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and promote a strong safety culture at all times
  • Oversee the production of concrete using multiple systems and processes
  • Allocate and assign loads to drivers
  • Manage stock levels and coordinate deliveries
  • Supervise contractors carrying out site maintenance
  • Perform yard maintenance and operate front-end loaders
  • Operate forklifts and handle manual handling of bagged products

About you:

  • You will be a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure

  • You will have a driver's license and own transport, with front-end loader or forklift competency an advantage
