The Role:
  • You will source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, across a range of hospitality roles.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluations to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both clients and candidates.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Sales Skills: A drive to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Hospitality Experience: A strong & senior hospitality background, eager to connect talented professionals with exciting career opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to create trusted relationships with clients and candidates alike.
  • Goal-Oriented: Thriving in a competitive, results-driven environment, motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Team Player: Valuing collaboration and contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.

This role offers a competitive salary of $60,000-$80,000 per year, plus generous bonuses and incentives, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to grow their careers in the hospitality industry.

Additional benefits include a Monday-to-Friday roster, with Fridays working from home, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Our office is based in Frankston, eliminating the need for a lengthy commute.
