Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily housekeeping operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective housekeeping strategies to ensure efficient room allocation, linen supply, and amenities stock management.
  • Conduct regular briefings with staff to inform them of guest needs, special cleaning tasks, and updates on equipment and supplies.
  • Supervise and inspect cleaned rooms, identify areas for improvement, and monitor staff productivity.
  • Close out daily shifts by updating room inspection statuses and reporting to the department head.
  • Provide training and support to new team members in procedures and standards.
  • Collaborate with Front Office to promptly address guest requests and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in housekeeping management or leadership roles.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel property systems (Opera PMS or similar).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
