About Us

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient supply of pharmaceutical products.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned supply chain professional to take ownership of our supply planning processes. You will be responsible for identifying supply risks, trends, and anomalies impacting stock levels and service. Your expertise will enable you to develop accurate forecasts, issue timely purchase orders, and schedule deliveries to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Planning: Identify supply risks, trends, and anomalies impacting stock levels and service.
  • Forecasting: Develop accurate forecasts to inform purchasing decisions.
  • Purchase Order Management: Issue timely purchase orders to suppliers and contract packers.
  • Scheduling: Schedule deliveries to ensure on-time delivery and minimize disruptions.
  • Stock Management: Monitor stock levels and take action to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
  • Supplier Performance Management: Lead regular supplier meetings to enhance performance and resolve issues.

Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in supply planning, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, preferably within pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply and implement supply chain best practices.
  • Familiarity with end-to-end supply chain operations from supplier to consumer.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and common formulas.
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
  • High levels of accuracy in all work, ensuring customer and business needs are met.
  • Ability to manage deadlines, conflicting priorities, and a fast-paced workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
