About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Assistant to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will provide administrative support to our Operations Manager and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update office documentation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, facilitating seamless operations.
  • Assist the Operations Manager with administrative tasks, project coordination, and service delivery.
  • Respond promptly to financial emergencies and urgent demands, prioritizing client needs.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to address client requests and issues via the service desk, ensuring timely resolution.

Requirements

  • Intermediate-advanced computer literacy, including MS Office suite and internet.
  • Excellent telephone manner, communication skills, and customer service.
  • Experience in an administration support role, with a proactive and flexible approach to work completion.
  • Ability to provide effective and appropriate information to various stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, including prioritization, meeting deadlines, and managing a varied workload in a busy professional environment.
