Role Responsibilities

As a dedicated Speech Pathologist, you will join our multidisciplinary team, providing services to a diverse clientele, including both children and adults with various disabilities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality assessments and interventions tailored to individuals with communication and swallowing challenges.
  • Developing personalized treatment and therapy plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Implementing evidence-based practices to ensure effective service delivery aligned with clients' NDIS goals.
  • Engaging in collaborative support planning to provide coordinated care that meets client needs.
  • Communicating with relevant stakeholders, including family members and caregivers, regarding management strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Genuine passion for assisting individuals with disabilities in achieving their goals.
  • Integrity and respect for all individuals, regardless of their background.
  • Experience in applying evidence-based frameworks for clinical support.
  • Ability to work flexibly and person-centered across diverse settings.
  • Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development.
