We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team at Everyday Independence. As a Speech Pathologist, you will play a critical role in providing life-changing speech pathology services to NDIS participants in Albury and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders in children and adults
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each participant
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Conduct regular progress monitoring and evaluation to ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of participant progress and treatment plans
- A dynamic and supportive work environment with a team of experienced professionals
