About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team at Everyday Independence. As a Speech Pathologist, you will play a critical role in providing life-changing speech pathology services to NDIS participants in Albury and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders in children and adults
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each participant
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Conduct regular progress monitoring and evaluation to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of participant progress and treatment plans

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
  • Valid driver's license and NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Working with Children's Check
  • Experience working in NDIS/disability is preferred, but not essential
