Speech Pathologist - Clinical Development

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Speech Pathologist to join our team at Northcott. As a Speech Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and work with a diverse range of clients, including children and adults with physical, neurodiverse, and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide therapy services to clients in a variety of settings, including clinics, schools, and homes
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date with best practices and research
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical programs and services
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • Registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
  • Experience working with children, young people, and adults with disability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Current driver's license and willingness to drive within the region
  • WWCC (NSW & VIC) and NDIS worker check
  • Current first aid and CPR certification
