Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Coordinator to assist in the planning and execution of regional and global projects within our Service department.

This role requires a talented individual with strong project coordination skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and ensure clear, timely stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of regional and global projects by assisting with scheduling, task coordination, and progress tracking.
  • Collaborate with sub-regional teams to identify project opportunities, gather inputs, and ensure alignment with strategy.
  • Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders by organizing meetings, preparing summaries, and ensuring timely follow-ups and issue resolution.
  • Assist in tracking cost-out initiatives, maintaining risk logs, and supporting continuous improvement efforts through data collection and reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or a similar role-preferably in the energy, industrial services, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, SAP, Jira, or similar platforms).
  • Basic understanding of cost tracking, risk management, Change management and performance reporting.
