Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead our agency partnerships, focusing on small and medium businesses. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with our partners, driving campaign optimization, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster strategic partnerships with agencies, providing expert guidance and support to ensure their success on our platform.
  • Collaborate with small and medium-sized agencies to refine and enhance the performance of their campaigns.
  • Develop tailored strategies to improve advertiser ROI, including consulting on scaling, offering creative insights, and recommending optimal budgeting and targeting approaches.
  • Manage a portfolio of advertisers, monitoring performance through data analytics and maintaining regular communication to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Identify and resolve obstacles hindering advertiser growth.
  • Gather actionable insights from client interactions and effectively represent client needs to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, media sales, or online advertising, with a proven track record of direct client management.
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, with a focus on marketing and social media.
  • Prior experience working in a performance agency or business supporting the SME sector.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to balance multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

  • Agency experience or partnerships expertise.
  • Solid analytical skills and comfort navigating ambiguity.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage projects within a fast-paced environment.
