Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Operations: Coordinate dailies and take detailed notes.
  • Client Services: Manage the flow of materials to and from clients.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in film production, specifically on high-end projects.
  • A proven track record of meeting deadlines and adapting to changing timelines.
  • Familiarity with the VFX feature film production pipeline and departmental functions.
  • Experience coordinating review sessions (dailies).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Working knowledge of databases.
  • FTP software expertise.
  • A diploma or equivalent education.
  • An aptitude for learning new software applications.
