About This Opportunity

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the Sales Support / Warehouse Administrator role. This position involves processing sales orders, coordinating deliveries, and providing administrative support to the sales team.

  • Process sales orders and coordinate delivery schedules with logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Issue daily delivery dockets to guarantee accurate dispatch of goods.
  • Assist the sales team with order processing and customer inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales documents.
  • Support sales initiatives and campaigns with administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with sales/order management software.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
