Customer Service Representative Role

A Customer Service Representative is required to provide exceptional customer experience by delivering tailored support and guidance in a fast-paced banking environment.

About the Role

This part-time role involves being the first point of contact for customers visiting our branch, creating a welcoming and supportive experience from the moment they walk in. The successful candidate will engage in meaningful conversations to uncover customers' needs, utilizing knowledge of banking products and services to support their holistic financial goals. By addressing everyday banking queries and referring customers to relevant specialists, you will help ensure each customer receives personalized support and guidance.

No two days are the same, and each interaction presents an opportunity to make a genuine difference in customers' financial wellbeing.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Assist customers with banking transactions including cash deposits and withdrawals.
  • Educate customers on digital platforms such as online banking and mobile apps.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customers' financial wellbeing through tailored solutions.
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Customer Service Experience: ideally in a customer-facing role.
  • Numerical Skills: proficiency in handling cash and accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Personality: an energetic and genuine passion for helping people.
  • Resilience: ability to remain calm and composed whilst handling challenging situations.
