About the Role

We have exciting opportunities for Casual Disability Support Workers to assist our customers in Inverell NSW. These positions offer potential for ongoing hours, including Part-time Permanent positions and career growth opportunities.

Our team provides quality care in supported independent living settings, ensuring a safe environment for our customers. As a Disability Support Associate, you will provide direct support across a range of customer needs, including domestic and personal care assistance and community engagement.

This role requires resilience, confidence, and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and ability to develop positive relationships are essential.

  • Able to work shift work, regular sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays with significant availability.
  • Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement.
  • Proficient in using computers and software programs.
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
