About the Position

As a Reliability Maintenance Manager, you will oversee a team of technicians responsible for maintaining equipment and processes to optimize efficiency, productivity, quality, and safety.

You will foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting teamwork across departments to achieve mutual goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to the reliability department.
  • Respond efficiently to requests from other departments.
  • Manage labor, equipment, and maintenance costs effectively.
  • Develop and execute weekly maintenance plans.
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver timely project outcomes.
  • Establish a culture of continuous improvement by involving personnel in identifying, developing, and implementing improvements.
  • Review and approve work requests and ad hoc maintenance requirements.
Qualifications
  • Engineering degree or equivalent preferred.
  • TPM experience beneficial but not essential.
  • Mechanical/Electrical certification required.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP PM systems.
  • Ability to navigate change and adapt to new situations.
