About the Role

The Human Resources Specialist is a key position that will partner with senior leadership and the enterprise support team to ensure the efficient operation of the human resources support function.

This role could suit an experienced candidate working three days a week or a junior candidate looking for a permanent opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain top talent, including developing position descriptions, screening candidates, and managing third-party provider relationships.
  2. Recruitment Process Management: Lead recruitment processes, including preparing position descriptions, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and managing third-party provider relationships.
  3. Candidate Sourcing: Proactively develop a pool of qualified candidates through networking and technology-based strategies.
  4. HR Data Management: Accurately maintain applicant and interview data in BambooHR.
  5. Employment Offer Management: Manage employment offers and contractual matters, and onboard new staff accordingly.
  6. Staff Well-being: Support staff well-being by promoting health and safety initiatives.
  7. Employee Engagement: Create a positive, engaging, and supportive environment that fosters productivity, satisfaction, and longevity.
  8. Learning and Development: Support the implementation of coaching, learning, development, and diversity programs.
  9. Performance Management: Utilize CultureAmp for performance and review processes and coordinate the employee engagement survey.
  10. HR Policy Management: Update internal HR policies to meet legal and regulatory obligations.
Requirements
  1. Recruitment Experience: Prior recruitment experience, ideally within professional services.
  2. Communication and Organisational Skills: Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
  3. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail.
  4. Enthusiasm and Initiative: Demonstrated enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment.
