The Role

We are seeking a multidimensional HR Business Partner to join our lean and agile HR team. As a true generalist, you will have end-to-end responsibility for OH&S, wellbeing, DEI, award interpretation and calculations, and the provision of HR advice. Your portfolio will include a largely casualised workforce.

This role requires a self-sufficient, positive, and proactive approach, with excellent experience in award interpretation, complicated calculations, and workplace relations matters. You will also need to be tech-savvy, ideally having worked with Employment Hero or another HRIS.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is open to working four days per week and has a strong background in generalist HR. You will be well used to working on a variety of initiatives and providing HR support and advice to all levels of an organisation. Your attention to detail and high proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables, will be essential.
