About the Role

The Human Resources Specialist is a key position at Think Talent, responsible for supporting the efficient running of the human resources support function. This role will partner with key leadership stakeholders and members of the enterprise support team to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Lead recruitment processes, including preparing job descriptions, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and managing third-party provider relationships.
  • Proactively develop a pool of qualified candidates through networking and technology-based strategies.
  • Maintain accurate applicant and interview data in HR systems.
