About the Role

This is a broad and challenging role that requires a strong HR professional to provide guidance and coaching on various HR-related matters. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders, identifying and facilitating ER & IR issues, and managing HR-related compliance and regulatory changes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to and/or leading various change and OD initiatives, collaborating across HR and the business effectively. They will also use data and analytics to inform HR strategies, workforce planning, and talent management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Being the trusted advisor to the client group on all HR-related matters
  • Identifying and facilitating ER & IR issues
  • Managing and overseeing HR-related compliance and regulatory changes
  • Contributing and/or leading on various change and OD initiatives
  • Using data and analytics to inform HR strategies
About You

We are looking for a confident and commercial HRBP who is comfortable working in a quasi-stand-alone capacity with senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in the Automotive, Technology, or Engineering sectors
  • Experience of both operational and strategic HR
  • Strong consulting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships
  • Expert knowledge of Australian Employment law

This is a permanent role paying $150,000 to $160,000 + super depending on experience. The role is hybrid with an expectation to be in the office 3 (and sometimes 4) days a week.
