As a Senior Software Engineer at our company, you will play a critical role in developing software enabled capabilities that change the way military systems are designed, built, and sold. Our team is passionate about solving problems that have real impact, and we're seeking talented engineers to join us in this mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable software solutions that rapidly deliver capability beyond the scope of current platforms.
  • Own software enabled solutions deployed to customers, optimizing for delivery of value to the end-user.
  • Empathize with end-users and drive solutions that balance their needs with external constraints, restrictions, and requirements in a multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for areas of expertise as they relate to the delivery of software enabled capabilities.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive professional experience working as a Software Engineer with one or more domains and/or technologies of expertise.
  • Systems and/or application programming skills including algorithms, data structures, concurrency, scaling, testing, infrastructure, software design, and system design.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance.

  • Experience writing backend services or embedded software in C++, Rust, and/or Go.
