Defense Proposal Lead

This position oversees the creation and submission of defense proposals for Bombardier aircraft in the Asia-Pacific region. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input for the proposal, analyze client needs, and ensure that the proposal includes a compelling value proposition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate with CX internal teams to gather input for the proposal.
  • Ensure pricing is aligned with company goals and covers necessary costs.
  • Present proposal to customer in support of sales team efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering or technical program management at Bombardier Aerospace or equivalent activities.
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
  • Ability to effectively negotiate and manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in proposal and/or project management.
  • Knowledge of aircraft systems and special mission equipment.
  • NATO Secret security clearance.
