Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Part-Time Copywriter to develop compelling content specifically tailored for our federal and defense sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong copywriting portfolio and a deep understanding of the nuances of federal and defense marketing. This role will involve creating a variety of content, including ad copy, eBooks, Whitepapers, infographics, video scripts, data sheets, web copy, social media posts, product one-pagers, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality, engaging content for federal and defense sector audiences.
• Write and edit ad copy, eBooks, Whitepapers, infographics, video scripts, data sheets, web copy, social media posts, product one-pagers, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand content needs and objectives.
• Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Optimize content for SEO and usability.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in federal and defense marketing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in copywriting, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in federal or defense marketing.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to create clear, compelling, and persuasive content.
• Strong understanding of federal and defense sector terminologies and regulations.
• Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in SEO best practices is a plus.

Education and Experience:
