Job Opportunity: Secure Communications Systems Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Senior RF Design Engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge military communications and electronic warfare systems. This individual will be responsible for contributing to our core products, which extend the state-of-the-art in defense and industrial cybersecurity and RF technologies.

  • Provide technical leadership and expertise in the design, implementation, and analysis of secure communication systems.
  • Develop, analyze, and validate models for complex RF-based systems in defense applications.
  • Design and implement signal processing algorithms to enhance system performance.
  • Support hardware-in-the-loop testing, scenario development, and mission simulations to ensure system effectiveness.
  • Document and present technical findings to stakeholders, program leadership, and government entities.

Key Requirements:

  • Active DoD Top Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 15+ years' experience in military RF systems, including simulation, system design, software, and implementation of communication systems and EW
  • Expertise in adaptive tuning, optimization, and error correction for military communication systems
  • Proficient in C/C++ programming for embedded applications
  • Experience in Electronic Warfare (EW) system design and applications

Work Environment

  • Hybrid work arrangement with on-site requirements
  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday
  • Collaborative, fast-paced environment with remote team integration
