Quantum Sensing Software Developer
About the Role:This is a highly skilled position that requires expertise in software development, particularly in the area of quantum sensing. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to design and implement cutting-edge solutions for optimizing sensor performance online.
The role involves developing software applications on our Linux control platform for our quantum accelerometers and magnetometers. This includes executing navigation and map-matching algorithms, efficiently logging and processing operational data, and interfacing with our cloud services.
You will work closely with research scientists who are developing sensing and navigation algorithms to produce robust and computationally efficient implementations suitable for deployment on mobile platforms (e.g. ships, planes, drones) operating in real-world environments.
As the maturity of our quantum sensing technology increases, you will drive a culture of software development best practices, testing, and release management to ensure our teams are delivering the highest quality software possible.
